Freedom Builders Book a Free Call

Free Book · By Anthony L Roberts

AI helped you do 10x the work. So why aren't you making 10x the money?

Either you're producing more than ever and none of it's landing — or you haven't started at all, because the most powerful tool ever made didn't hand you a business. It handed you a blank page and a million options.

Either way, you can feel the potential sitting right there in the chat window — words on tap, the work still yours. You just can't get it to move.

It was never the tool, and you're not broken. You've just never been handed the one thing AI can't give you on its own — the order. Where to start, and what to point it at. The Freedom Builders Blueprint is that order.

Why you're stuck — it's not what you think

You're not stuck because you're lazy, and you're not behind because you lack ambition. You're capable — people lean on you, you get things done, and you can see exactly how much AI could change your life. That's what makes this so maddening.

Because you opened the most powerful tool ever made, and one of two things happened. Either you started building — spun up the logo, the landing page, a week of content in an afternoon — and it landed on nobody. Or you sat there with the cursor blinking and realized the tool didn't fill the blank page. It made it louder — a hundred possible directions and no way to pick one.

The output went up. The results didn't. And somehow you got more stuck, not less.

That's the part nobody warned you about. On paper you're finally doing the thing — you're using AI — and it still hasn't closed the gap. It hasn't, because the chat gives you words, and the gap is made of work — the tool was never the missing piece. It shipped without a manual. So you've been writing one yourself, guessing at the order — and a tool with no order behind it just helps you build the wrong things faster, or freeze in front of more options than you can count.

Which leaves you alone with the one question none of it can answer: where do I even start — and what am I supposed to build? You've been trying to solve that by yourself, late at night, one tab at a time. And clarity has never worked that way.

I sat at that table for years

My name is Anthony Roberts, but my friends call me Tony. I've spent twenty-five years building real businesses — 24 Hour Fitness, Appmatrix, SolarCity (now Tesla) — and a food company my wife Jen and I took from six hundred dollars a week to forty thousand a week in seven months, valued at four and a half million by the end of it.

From the outside, it looked like I'd figured it out. Inside, I was still the guy at the midnight table — capable of almost anything, and too afraid to build the one thing I actually wanted. I had a résumé most people would envy and a quiet certainty that I was capable of something I wasn't doing. I'd hit other people's numbers, build other people's dreams, and tell myself the grind was the path.

It wasn't the path. It was the hiding place.

What finally changed wasn't a tactic. It was the order — figuring out what I actually valued, what I was uniquely built to do, what a life actually needs to feel full instead of merely successful, and only then pointing the most powerful tool ever made at the answer.

Today I run seven businesses as one person — a coaching company, a pickleball club, a luxury retreat brand, a local travel guide, an events series, and more — on an AI operating system I built called ORION, from a hilltop in Sayulita, Mexico, while Jen runs her own business a few feet away. Five years ago what I just described was flatly impossible, for anyone, at any budget. Now it's possible for a person at a kitchen table, for almost nothing.

This book is the order I wish someone had handed me at that table.

What's inside

The whole path, in the order it actually works.

Five parts, fifteen chapters, built one on top of the last. Skip ahead and you build on air — so read it in order.

Part OneThe Fear
  • Why your output went up but your results didn't — and the real reason a tool this powerful left you more stuck, not less.
  • The Lie of Effort: how "work harder" became the most respectable hiding place ever invented — so that you can finally stop grinding faster in the wrong direction.
  • The Four Versions of Stuck — the Blank Page, the False Start, the Blueprint Holder, the Overwhelmed Operator. Find yours in sixty seconds, which means you start the right work in the right order instead of losing another year.
Part TwoWhat You're Built to Build
  • The values exercise that ends the "discipline problem" for good — because you've been pointing a powerful engine at something you never actually cared about.
  • How to find your superpower — the narrow overlap of what you love and what the evidence proves you're great at — using AI as a mirror, not an oracle.
  • The six things every human life actually needs, and the two almost everyone starves — which means you stop building a "successful" life that still feels empty.
  • The North Star Lock: turn all of it into one sentence that makes every downstream decision obvious (and the $600-to-$40K-a-week story that proves why).
Part ThreeAI, the Great Equalizer
  • Why AI is the first tool in history to remove the requirement itself — the team, the budget, the specialized skill — so that one person at a kitchen table can build what used to take a company.
  • The director-not-doer shift that decides whether AI becomes your unfair advantage or just another tab you abandon at midnight.
Part FourHow to Hold a Big Vision
  • Why a vision dies in private — and the almost-stupidly-simple move that makes it real and impossible to quietly quit.
  • The visibility loop one person can actually sustain — capture, shape, publish, repeat — without becoming a full-time content team.
  • Conversion without chaos: one clear offer, one clear next step, so that selling stops feeling grubby and starts feeling like opening a door someone already wanted.
Part FiveThe Build
  • The exact 12-week order — Foundation, Treasure Map, Compass — that turns your North Star into a business that fits your life instead of consuming it.
  • Revenue Without Regret: how success quietly rebuilds the cage you escaped, and the single discipline that keeps you free after it works.
  • Sayulita: what a day that actually belongs to you looks like — and why the freedom was never in the location.

Before you ask

What this book is — and what it isn't.

It is not a motivational book. I'm not going to tell you to believe in yourself harder — you already do, which is exactly why the gap hurts.

It is not a pile of hacks.

And it is not a sales pitch wearing a book's clothes. Every chapter hands you something real.

What it actually is: a self-help book wearing a business book's clothes. The business is the vehicle. The destination is becoming the person who finally builds the thing they were too scared to start.

Who I wrote it for

I didn't write this for everyone. So before you give me your email, let's both be honest about whether it's for you.

This is for you if…

  • You want to build something of your own, and you can feel AI makes it possible — you just don't know where to start.
  • You're capable — people lean on you, you get things done — but you've never had a map for your own thing.
  • You're using AI like a smarter search bar and you know it could be so much more.
  • You want a business that fits your life, not one that eats it.

It's not for you if…

  • You want a side hustle for beer money.
  • You're looking for get-rich-quick.
  • You want hacks and shortcuts with no foundation underneath them.
  • You're not willing to read it in order.

Who's writing this

Anthony L Roberts

Twenty-five years building businesses — 24 Hour Fitness, Appmatrix, SolarCity (now Tesla). He and his wife Jen built LUVITA Foods out of their Sacramento kitchen and took it from $600 a week to $40,000 a week in seven months, valued at $4.5M.

Today he runs seven businesses as one person, on an AI operating system he built called ORION, from Sayulita, Mexico. This book is the order he wishes someone had handed him at the midnight table — written for the capable person who's still stuck.

Straight answers

Questions you're probably asking.

Is it really free?

Yes. The whole book, straight to your inbox. No credit card, no shipping, no trial that bills you later. One email, and it's yours.

How long is it?

80 pages — a focused read, not a brick. It's built to be read in order in an afternoon or two.

Are you going to try to sell me something?

Not on this page — no pricing, no upsell to read the book. At the very end of the book there's one optional, genuinely free conversation you can book if you want it. Reading the book costs you nothing but the email.

What if I don't even have a business idea yet?

Good — empty beats wrong. The first half of the book is literally about finding the thing: what you actually value, and the work you're uniquely built to do.

I've tried before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Because what you hit wasn't failure — it was misalignment. You followed a system built for someone else. The book rebuilds from who you actually are, in an order designed to hold.

Do I need to be technical or "good at AI"?

No. The new skill isn't doing — it's directing. The book teaches the shift from trying to learn everything to knowing what to point the tool at.

One last thing

Let me leave you where the book starts.

If you could build anything in the world — and you knew you couldn't fail — what would you build?

You don't need a pep talk. You need the order nobody handed you, and someone who's walked it. That's the whole book, and it's free. The only thing left is to begin.

P.S. Notice the fear that just showed up at the thought of giving up your email for one more thing. Maybe later. Maybe once I've done more of this on my own first. You'll know that voice by the end of Chapter 1. The move is the same as it's always been: you act while it's still talking. The book is free — grab it here.
