Freedom Builders Blueprint (a Professional Sunset Chasers program)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of freedombuildersblueprint.com (the "Site") and the Freedom Builders Blueprint coaching program (the "Program"), operated by Professional Sunset Chasers LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Program

Freedom Builders Blueprint is a live coaching program that includes group coaching calls, access to the ORION system and related tools, and supporting materials, templates, and community access. Specific deliverables, schedule, and access are as described at the time of your enrollment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site or enroll in the Program.

3. Booking calls

The Site lets you book a complimentary Clarity Call. Booking a call does not create any obligation to enroll, and we make no commitment to accept any individual into the Program.

4. Fees and payment

Program fees, payment schedule, and any installment terms are set out in your enrollment agreement at the time you join. You are responsible for paying all amounts when due. Any refund or cancellation terms are those stated in your enrollment agreement.

5. No guarantee of results — earnings disclaimer

The Program teaches strategies for building a business; it does not guarantee any particular income, revenue, or result. Any figures, examples, or testimonials (including references to revenue milestones or timelines such as "$10K/month in 90 days") are illustrations of what is possible, not promises of what you will achieve. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skill, market conditions, and execution. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

6. Testimonials

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you or anyone else will achieve the same or similar results.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within the Program — including the ORION system, coaching materials, templates, scripts, frameworks, text, graphics, and recordings — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Program materials for your own business. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or share access to the materials without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Program, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, infringing others' rights, or using the materials for any unlawful purpose.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site and Program rely on third-party services (for example, scheduling, forms, email, and payment providers) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and Program are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or Program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Program.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or Program or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site or Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
