Freedom Builders Blueprint ("Freedom Builders," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit freedombuildersblueprint.com, message us on social platforms, or engage with our coaching program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Freedom Builders Blueprint is a business-building coaching program operated by Professional Sunset Chasers LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

• Your name, email address, and phone number when you book a Clarity Call through our scheduling provider.
• Responses you provide in our pre-call intake form.
• Your email address if you opt in to our email list.
• Responses you provide in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram.
• Any information you share with us during calls, by email, or inside the program.

Information collected automatically when you visit the site:

• Standard usage and device data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps).
• Data from cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (see Section 7).

3. Messages you send us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp

If you message our Facebook Page through Messenger, our Instagram account through Instagram Direct, or our WhatsApp business number, we receive and store the conversation so that we can answer you properly. This section explains exactly what that involves.

What we receive:

• The content of the messages you send us, and the replies we send you.
• Your display name, username, and profile picture as provided to us by Meta.
• Technical identifiers for the message and the conversation, and the time each message was sent.
• Where you first reached us through an advertisement or a lead form, the campaign information associated with that.

We do not receive your email address, phone number, or any other contact detail from these platforms unless you choose to tell us in the conversation itself.

Why we collect it:

• To read what you have already told us so that we can reply in context, rather than asking you to repeat yourself.
• To keep your conversation alongside your record in our own customer system, so that whoever answers you has the full picture.
• To prepare a suggested reply for a member of our team to review.

Our use of AI to draft replies. We use an AI assistant to help draft suggested replies. To do this, the content of your conversation and your related record may be sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it on our behalf under terms that do not permit using it to train their models. A person reads and approves or rewrites every reply before it is sent to you. We do not send automated messages generated without human review.

What we do not do with your messages:

• We do not sell them, and we do not share them for advertising.
• We do not use them to build advertising audiences or to target ads at you.
• We do not use them to contact people who have not messaged us first.
• We do not send bulk or unsolicited messages.

Meta also holds a copy. Messages you send us also exist in Meta's own systems, governed by Meta's privacy policy rather than this one. Deleting a message from your side, or from our systems, does not necessarily remove it from theirs.

Deleting your messages from our systems. You can ask us to delete the message history we hold about you at any time by emailing dreambig@professionalsunsetchasers.com. See Sections 9 and 10.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Schedule, confirm, and conduct your Clarity Call and deliver the coaching program.
• Read and respond to your messages and questions, and provide support.
• Send you program-related communications and, where you've opted in, marketing emails.
• Measure and improve our website, content, and advertising.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where required (e.g., under GDPR), we process your information based on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we process the content of messages you have sent us, our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started.

6. Service providers we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with vendors who process it on our behalf, including:

• Calendly — call scheduling.
• ORION Forms (first-party) — pre-call intake form, hosted on our own infrastructure.
• Mailchimp — email list and marketing.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
• Anthropic — AI processing used to draft suggested replies, as described in Section 3.
• Meta Platforms — delivery of the Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp messaging services through which you contact us, and, where enabled, advertising measurement.
• Analytics and advertising platforms such as Google, where enabled, for measurement and ad delivery.

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and — where enabled — advertising measurement and retargeting (for example, the Meta pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where a consent banner is presented you can set your preferences there.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. This includes the content of messages you have sent us on Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp. To exercise any of these, email dreambig@professionalsunsetchasers.com.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We will still send you necessary service messages related to a program you've enrolled in.

9. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the program, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Message content received through Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp is retained for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and is deleted on request. Where you ask us to delete it and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we remove it from our systems within 30 days.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. Access to message content is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our site and program are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. International visitors

We operate from and process data in the locations of our service providers. If you access the site from outside those locations, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information as described here.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
