You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, for any reason, and you do not need to give us a reason. This page explains exactly how to do it and what happens next.

What we may hold about you

Depending on how you have interacted with us, we may hold:

• Your name, email address, and phone number, if you booked a call or opted in to our email list.
• Your answers to a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or to our pre-call intake form.
• The content of messages you have sent us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp, together with our replies and the display name and profile picture Meta provides with them.
• Notes and records relating to your enquiry or your participation in our program.

How to request deletion

Email dreambig@professionalsunsetchasers.com with the subject line Data deletion request.

So that we can find your records and be certain we are deleting the right person's information, please include whichever of these apply:

• The email address you used with us.
• The name or username you messaged us from on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
• Roughly when you were last in contact with us.

If we cannot match your request to a record with reasonable confidence, we will write back and ask, rather than delete the wrong person's data.

What happens next

1. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
2. We will delete the information we hold about you within 30 days of confirming your identity.
3. We will confirm by email once it is done.

There is no charge for this.

What we may have to keep

We may need to retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example, records of a payment for tax and accounting purposes, or information we are required to keep to resolve a dispute or enforce an agreement. Where that applies, we will tell you what has been kept and why, and we will delete the rest.

Deleting messages held by Meta

If you have messaged us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp, Meta also holds its own copy of that conversation in your account. Deleting your information from our systems does not remove Meta's copy.

To manage or delete that copy, use the settings inside the Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp app, or see Meta's own privacy tools. That data is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not ours.

Removing our app's access

If you have connected our app to a Meta account, you can revoke that access yourself at any time from the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook or Instagram settings. Revoking access stops any further data being shared with us, but it does not delete what we already hold — email us as described above for that.
